A celebrity cookbook has been launched to help raise funds for the Joshua Scarlett Abbott ECMO Appeal.

The book, which includes a foreword from celebrity chef James Martin and recipes from James Martin, Brian Turner, Gary Rhodes, Rick Stein and Mary Berry, along with contributions from Josh’s family and friends.

Priced at only £7.50 and featuring 52 pages of recipes, the book makes a fantastic gift and is an ideal way to support the us with all profits from the production of the book going directly to the Appeal.
