'Food for Life' hit another celebrity high note at the Ryedale Festival of Food and drink when a book was bought by Gaynor Faye, winning star of Dancing on Ice and Fat Friends.

Leeds born Gaynor was enjoying the festival with her husband and children and picked up one of the books in between posing for photos and eating ice-cream!

Hannah Keal who was helping to sell the books at the festival also went in for a bit of posing when she had the ECMO logo painted onto her face at the festival! (see pic)

A total of £760 was raised over the two days of the festival at Castle Howard, near York. The event also featured cookery demos by celebrity chef James Martin who contributed recipes and the foreword to Food for Life.
