Nick Saltmer completed the Flora London Marathon on 23 April 2006 in a credible time of 4 hours 58 mins - and raised over £1,000 for the Appeal!

Nick said; "I finished ahead of Sir Steve Redgrave - and he's younger than me! It was a fantastic experience and I might even do it again - as soon as my legs start working again!

Thanks for the effort Nick - at your age - we know it was a big one!!
